At the International Biomass Valorisation Congress, experts and decision makers on Biomass will discuss the different trends & opportunities involved with the International Biomass industry. For companies an excellent platform where commercial opportunities can be expected. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your products and/or services by means of a table top/small stand or via a poster presentation.

The table tops and poster panels will be located in the foyer surrounding the congress room. This foyer will be used for the registration of participants, coffee breaks and lunches as well. You will have sufficient time for networking with participants during these coffee breaks and lunches. 

Specifications:

The specifications for a table top presentation are:

· 1 Table
· 2 Chairs

The fee for a table top is €950 ( excl VAT) for 3 days. You can bring your own brochures/materials for your presentation, as well as a back wall or pop-up display if necessary. The table top fee is exclusive of congress attandance.
                                                                                 
Poster Presentations

These presentations will take place in the area where coffee and tea breaks for delegates will be held, this guarantees a maximum exposure for your company and products. The size of a poster board is as follows: 

Height: 1,40 m
Width 1,17 m 
 >  this is the measure of the working surface of the poster board

The total height of the poster board is 1,92 m. The morning prior to the congress ( early 20 April ) you are welcome  at the venue to prepare your poster board. The poster presentation fee is exclusive of congress attandance.

All suggestions for other ways of presenting your company at this congress can be discussed. Should you wish to have a bigger space for your product/services, please let us know your wishes!
